The Halton District School Board has completed the annual water testing for lead for 2010 at Eastview PS as required by Ontario Regulation 243/07 – Schools, Private Schools and Day Nurseries.

The Ministry of Education lead criteria is 0.01 mg/l.  Anything over 0.01 would result in a lead exceedance.

The 2010 results for Eastview are for standing (before flushing system):0.0036 Lead (Pb) mg/L and  flushed: 0.0019 Lead (Pb) mg/L.
